For 99% of people there will be no problems, however our priority is to ensure that nobody deposits any money with the VNCC until they are sure their computer will play our two media file types (videos). Before you deposit any money please try the following FREE lectures:

If these answers do not solve your access we suggest you talk to a friend who knows more about PCs or email us outlining exactly what is happening when you try to play the two videos suggested and we will respond asap (info@vnccfamily.org). At present the VNCC has been funded by a small donation/grant we are sorry that there are no staff to take telephone calls. The VNCC has been set up to use Flash files and Windows (Vista and XP) is also designed to do the same, so it can only be a minor thing that needs changing on your PC.
