Welcome to this VNCC service.
The main aims are to provide fast access to high quality free full text information about the neurosciences on the internet and some high quality e-books that require a small payment. There is obviously much more than we are listing and linking to and we welcome any more suggestions.
One of the secondary aims is to concentrate on academic journals and when they become free in full text. This is often confusing and web search engines frequently list sites where you are asked to pay for full text papers when the information may already be free. This should be very useful to all.
